We analyze your pool water and apply minerals and chemicals to keep your water in excellent condition.

We net your pool.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We check your pool equipment.

We vacuum your pool.

We verify your pool cleaner operation.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We brush your pool (tiles, walls, steps).

What You Do

Report any detection of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment active and operating and approve repairs when required.

Maintain adequate water level.

Things to Know

There might be extra startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Monthly price is based on a 4 week month.

Filter cleanings quarterly.

We offer twice a month service in Houston from late Fall to Spring each year.

Filter Cleanings

Filter cleanings are mandatory for most residential pools in Texas. This is because 97% of home swimming pools are either cartridge, DE, or a combination of both. We charge $149 for filter cleanings for weekly service customers.
